How many bones would this break when dodging bullets?? How do you return fire when your suit is throwing you around a room in 200 milisecond bursts of movement

I am more interested in the guided bullets.

From accuracy I have seen - I think the movement is just about as likley to put you into the path of the bullet - secondly 'supressive' fire you could incapacitate a section 'trying/forced' to get out of the way
