Blue Angels Fly F18's

They have been flying the F/A-18 since 1986! It is the first year however that they fly the Super Hornet (F/A-18E/F)

Nice!

I wonder when the Thunderbirds move to the F-35

How do they get away with not wearing oxygen masks during a performance, where our Snowbird team doesn’t?

Depends on what USN and RCAF regs say respectively about oxygen usage requirements, including measures required in the event of decompression. USN is either more lenient or granted a waiver to the Blue Angels.
