If they run weekend BMQ the same way as our brigade runs it...
Recruits report to armories for two weekends on followed by one off, repeat until course is finished.
You will get there Friday evening, lectures then bed time. You will sleep at wherever your course is. You will awaken to the beautiful BMQ standard get up time of 0500, then do PT, then have inspection (how long this takes is dependent on how much... motivation... your course requires this specific morning). Then you will have breakfast, and start training for the day. Sunday is the same deal, you will be dismissed usually around 1700 - 1730 Sunday evening.
From report time Friday until dismissal Sunday, recruits are not permitted to leave the building or go anywhere (unless escorted by staff as part of the training day).
And...YES! Your cell phone will likely be taken away.
The stuff you will learn is the same as any other BMQ course, basic military knowledge, drill, dress and deportment, CBRN, handling and shooting the C7, what it feels like to hold the push up position for an extended period of time...
I could be forgetting something, but I hope this helps a bit.
Good luck! Congrats on making it this far and for having the cojones to try something exciting and difficult.
