My file been sent back to North Bay.  I already did the CFAT, and medical.  Call for interview Late December my first 6 job picks were closed.  Picked 3, then 3 more.  I said no thanks (offer of cook, ACISS)  I'm a skilled trades person I rather wait for a opening that fits.  File closed, reopened online in February.  I been calling North Bay for 2 weeks, and no one picks up on the other end, I'm awfully close to the 60 days mark for them to process my file.  Today being Day 57. (they have all supporting documents - confirmed late February).

Are they closed up for the month? Out on training?  I don't know what to do.  Call my local office and ask whats up?  I been trying to do my part and ensure there is no hiccups but I just can't get a answer to my phone calls on North Bays end.

Anyone know whats up?
Thanks

Well by picking three trades and turning down offers for some of those trades you likely created a few hiccups.  Likely no to the first question, likely no to second.  Third question is probably a good idea.

Last question: They likely do.  No one here does.

FYI,

The North Bay Det has been Closed!!, Contact CFRC Sudbury or the Online guys.

Sorry,

Good Luck

When he said North Bay I assumed he meant the Online guys.  That's where they are supposed to be located.  In North bay.

Try sending them an email. They always get back to me within a few days.

All is good.  I have since been in touch with North Bay (Online Guys)  my file is fine.  The lack of response on their end was due to them being very busy.  I have been assured it being processed and my file will be back in the hands of my local recruitment detachment within a couple of weeks then hopefully the interview, swearing in and a start date from there.

Thanks to the Sergeant who had said his name so fast I didn't catch on the phone for helping me out.

Kudos!

Yup, emailing the [email protected] is generally the fastest way to get an answer to your question.  But what I would also include, is your Applicant ID # (ie;  A------) in the Subject Line which will get you an answer much quicker or if you have a SN (Service Number), even better.

Worse case scenario, you can always PM someone and I am sure they will give you the wrong phone number to call......
