Cargo trebuchets, transporting the potash aerially from Belarus, over Poland via the Suwałki gap, into Kaliningrad, and thereafter via U.S. registered cargo ships…easy peasy.

I'd like to see the EU site sanctions against any and all vessels that transport Belarus fertilizer, along with Russian

Belarus is landlocked. They'll have to move it east, so that it can be loaded in a Russian port, because it's likely not going to go through Poland, Lithuania, or Latvia, and certainly not through Ukraine.

On the same day Trump posted his big announcement, Lukashenko sat down with the head of his State Customs Committee and bragged about how well Belarus has redirected its trade to the east since Western sanctions hit. Then he got to potash. Every tonne Belarus will produce this year is already under contract. His words were that even if they wanted to supply Western markets, they don’t have the volumes. China alone went from buying 17% of Belarusian potash in 2021 to more than 70% in 2023. The customers are locked in, and they are not American.
