When they slash the Reserve Budgets cut back on training days and then wonder why they loose so many reservists.
People like consistent part time jobs that pay them money. The Reserves can be a flexible job for those going to school. But no work = no money = no employees.
Pretty funny the government saying ammunition has not been used and money not spent. Everything old is new.
