CFB soccer's team

After my BMQ/SQ, I will move to a CFB. I know there is soccer team on each of them. Do you need to be a very talented player to make the team? (I played soccer when I was a kid and I was an average player, not good enough for the Elite Team.)

Also, is there a social team/league?

Most bases have unit soccer teams that play inter-unit soccer.   There are also regional teams, where players from one base will play teams from another base in their regional area.   The players on these teams are chosen from all the units attached to that particular base. The overall winning team would go on to represent their region at the CF nationals.   Also for there is the CF national team for CISM competitions.
