Would Deceased Veterans from the early 90's (passed away 1990) be included and/or eligible in any VAC Class Action lawsuit regarding Disability Pensions if the Deceased member was in receipt of VAC pensions, etc..... in the late 80's / early 90's?
For the current one for disability pensions it only dates back to 2003. If you look at each lawsuits documents they will give a date range for the dates included.
