crohn's and the military release or not ?

I go in Sept for another colonoscopy, I lucked out someone finally lisened to me say " but I havn't been sick in 4 years this can't be Crohn's"

A coworker recently found out that he'll be released 3B due to "suspected" Crohn's.  Despite the fact that no specialist would diagnose it with certainty, and that he's been symptom-free and medication-free for +2 years, they're still letting him go.  He's pretty much given up out of frustration, no fight left in him.
