DEO application to Air Force and Army

I started the online application for DEO. I want to apply for Pilot, Construction Engineering Officer, and Engineer Officer. During the application I choose Air Force as my preferred interest then on the next page I chose Pilot and Construction Engineering Officer but Engineer Officer is not on the list, only trades part of the Air Force are listed. My question is: Am I able to also apply for the Engineer Officer and if so how is this done on the online application? Also, what is "General Officer List" and "General Officer Special" that are listed on that selection page?

Hartie,

Because you chose "Air Force" as your preferred interest, only the Air Force options would come up.  Construction Engineering falls under the Army. You may have to go back and reset your preferences if you want Construction Engineer to show up.

WRT to General Officer List these include all officer MOSIDs with the exception of Specialist Officers (e.g.,legal, medical, dental).  Specialist officer tend to have a different pay scale and it varies by MOSID and rank.
