Detailed question about reserve training cycle for Infantry Officers

I wonder how these stats compare with the courses delivered a couple of decades ago (so long ago we used a Triceratops vs. an MLVW) when there were no 'passing in' standards? Failure rates were pretty high back then, too, and it's too bad really.
