DND learn accounts

I requested a DND learn account since my old account does not work, however I got an email back saying it will take longer than two days............I'm now at about two weeks..............before I ask again (I'm thinking new system, lots of inquiries, I should just wait) I'm curious if anyone else has had to wait for theirs and how long it takes?

The COL course would be pretty helpful for my job so I am anxious to get at it. (although I realize I'm pretty low priority).

They might be a bit busy right now with the DL portion of PLQ's starting this last thursday. I don't think the cell that does this work is very big, so one person on leave with an increased work load would be quite an effect on production.
