Just curious about how high the legs and body come up in this position.  (when used in PT.)
 
when you actually use it as the fifth point of flight procedure...you'll figure it out.

p.s.- chin to chest, and feet and knees together are the two most important..and relax into it, don't be tight. Unless you want me to be busy, that is.
