Any updates on the Federal court ruiling the Emergency Act was unreasonable, ultra vires (beyond the powers granted by the statute) and in violation of certain Charter rights?

Or is that another free pass for the government.

No update. The Federal Court of Appeal heard the matter back in the early winter and a decision is still pending.
