What makes you think that this is a CAR jump smock?
It was issued to all of the SSF brigade and yes the CAR was part of it but far from the complete brigade.
To be a CAR jump smock it would have to have been issued to a member of the CAR.
Unissued does not meet this.

This one is un-issued and has no markings or insignia on it.

Make me an offer, I need to move it to make room for other projects.

I wasn't disagreeing to what it is but your description of it as "New un-issued CAR Jump Smock"
To claim it is a CAR Jump Smock is misleading as it never had a connection to the CAR as it was unissued.
Even in your picture there is no reference to the CAR.
Anyone who was part of the SSF could have been issued one like it.
