I am certainly not going to complain about someone's right to protest, however, why is it always the ones you really don't want to see naked.

Ya know, that attitude (your reaction I mean) was one of the things that just astounded me when I moved to Canada.  In many parts of Europe, nobody would think anything of it.  Kids running around topless and even naked is a perfectly normal thing there.

True.  If it's the intent that you have a problem with then I see what you mean.  Same for the parents using their own nudity to try and get attention.  It's safe to say they're idiots no matter what part of the "protest" you're talking about.
