First post here, hopefully not to stupid of a question, but i've been doing quite some researching lately on this and haven't found any concise answer yet. Currently i'm 16 (just passed grade 10) and planning to join the reserves as soon as possible, but when i am 18 i do want to go to the Regular Forces. My question is would it be possible to do this and how long may it take? I'm worried that it will not be possible to do so. Thanks.

It's called a Component Transfer and can be a lengthy process.  If your goal is to go Regular Force shortly after finishing high school, skip the Reserves and apply to the Regular Force in your last year of school.
