Hey guys,

I am a pervious service member of the CAF, I’ve been out for 4 years. I was in the forces for 6 1/2 years. I was able to obtain PLQ as a senior private( just before I got my Cpls)

Recently I’ve reapplied to the CAF in the same trade that I was before : Infantry. When I did my medical recently my audiogram results came back as H3 and I did a test civie side it came back as an H3 aswell but a better than the CAF testing. Note*** when I left the forces I had a H3 for my hearings

My question is : will this affect my reenrollment, the recruiters were no help. They said;”we’ve never came across this before” meaning that they haven’t had many reenrollements in a long time at the CFRC .

Is this the recruiting medical standards? I thought this chart pertained to the minimums of retention of those already in.

Recruiting medical standard is H2.
Some trades allow H3, but the common enrolment standard for hearing is still H2 for ALL.
