Hi PAP welcome to the site.  Before you start asking a million questions I suggest reading this board http://forums.army.ca/forums/index.php/board,36.0.html it has a lot of threads about BMQ.  After you have read that if you still have any questions then ask.  Most of the questions you have have been asked before so the answers are on that board.
