HMS Prince of Wales operating F-35s and QinetiQ Banshee UAS

I wonder if the Banshee uses the ski jump? It looks jet powered

It has impressive ST capability: It's meant to be launched from a track on back of a truck. But I don't know about the OL part, because the Banshee is a target simulator for training, not a UAV or drone.

Technically the Banshee would be a drone (or UAV), just used as a target simulator. The Ryan Firebee was the same and it's considered a UAV.

The thing I realized after I posted the picture is that the F-35s are operated by both the RAF and RN under a combined command, like the Harrier was. So, if you were selected fast jet in the RAF, there's a decent chance you'd be spending time onboard a carrier.
