a few months ago I finished with my local recruiter(For the reserves btw) and he took all my papers and sent them away, but since then I have not heard anything. If I am rejected, when my tests are or even a confirmation of my full application being received.

I would call your "local recruiter" to find out what is going on.  If you did all your paperwork locally, then you should have been contacted by now.
