Some time ago, I read a document written to outline exactly how the Canadian military reached its present state.
It suggested that there were several steps to destroying a Military and then gave examples of how the Canadian Govt. has done just that.
Its a real eye-opener.
I cannot locate this document, does anyone have a copy?
