Hi I am 17 years old Intrested in joining the forces as a infantry soldier they recently took off the now hiring sign I guess right now won't be a good time to apply I was wondering when's the next time they will be hiring and the best time to apply?

Hi, I was wondering if it possible somehow to still enter in the army as infantry soldiers, because the 'now hiring' of the infantry soldier is done,but I really really really wanted to be infantry solder, is there any hope or I might consider something else?
Just make sure your intentions are good for wanting this trade, and not because you are looking to shoot things up like in video games. Make sure you speak to people that have done time in the Combat Arms trade, and later saw the light and decided to specialize in something more technical or transferable skill to civvie street in the future.
Realize that there will be a lot of time in the field come rain, sun, snow amongst other not so fun experience.
