3rd Herd is probably right (I can't get the site he identified: they are reporting tech difficulties). I thought it might also be on the Norwegian coast, given the treeless landscape.

No, there are trees there - a ravine running west of the gun position, and there is a small wood below the settlement. I would have said Norway, too - but those trees are deciduous. I concur with the Pas-de-Calais assesment - the gun is pointing north.

"Along the invasion coast these guns were dug in in batteries of three or four. Set back from the cliff edge, and protected by a carpace of ferro-concrete, there main purpose was to break up an Allied Invasion fleet". Interesting Photo is in the construction phase and shows a second gun in the background. Page 23 of cited article has both a diagram of the finished emplacement and another good photo.
