They play a scenario like this at Army Ops Course set in Vukovar Croatia - a defeated Army gets chased out and the opening stages of cleaning up after ethnic cleansing has taken place - but they nickle dimed the hell out of the set up and probably lost half the students for a few days until they all get on the same wavelength.
If you haven`t been on a tour in Carnage Country it can be difficult to get the idea - but this film paints a good picture.
