My concern, was that it was almost too perfect. It said everything everyone with an axe to grind against the system would want to hear. Let's say that I'm skeptical at the moment (as I currently am on many issues until sufficient proof is provided).

Based on public information available via the Office of the GG, both received their awards from the Premier’s Office, not DND/CAF. So these awards did not count against the CAF allocation,
