F***ing hell. It just never stops; does it?
More fun - claiming that the court clerk messed up and filed draft affidavits as exhibits. An interesting claim - because the signature of the affiant is present on those alleged "drafts", and the affiant testified under oath that he never signed nor authorized those documents to be signed on his behalf.
Oh - and he's appearing pro se after the relationship with his counsel collapsed.
