Some people dont let their distaste for a single leader turn them off of a party forever. Im surenyoull find plenty of conservatives who have said they wont vote CPC while Pierre Poilievre is leader who will jump back once he eventually is gone.

Some of us also have no issue voting Green or NDP, having done so before.

I may look at the LPC again once then have been banished, like they should be, to clean up their act. But that's a big maybe.

I've been waiting since 2015 for the CPC to clean up their act, and they haven't. They have gotten worse.

The CPC has been very close last three elections ('25 election by popular numbers is 43% vs 41%), I would hardly call that political wilderness.

I would argue the CPC have been steadily improving. Even with PP they scored their largest numbers ever. My bias has me see things differently than you, with your biases.

What the CPC should do now is donate heavily to the NDP. And the LPCs worst fear right now should be a resurgent NDP.

I've been waiting, since the barbaric cultural practices hotline, for the CPC to be less reactionary. They have gotten more reactionary over the last 10 years.

Even with PP they scored their largest numbers ever.

I kind of feel that Harper in 2011 scored the biggest numbers for the CPC. But I count seats, not popular vote.

My bias has me see things differently than you, with your biases.

There also seems to be some discontent with some caucus members about all of this. Cracks. Not rebellion so calm yourself, no one is calling it that.

funny thing about numbers, it will always go up as the population increases, by total percentage of votes, they are pretty steady
