Liberal (Minority/Majority) Government 2025 - ???

Clearly a Liberal Party legacy fail of the highest order.

Let's see if Mr. Carney can do a 180 on these numbers...

From 2019 to 2024, U.S. added 7.6 private sector jobs per 1,000 working-aged people, Canada added none

  • After making an appropriate adjustment for population changes, private sector job creation in the United States has substantially eclipsed that in Canada from 2019 to 2024. More specifically, while net job creation in the United States has been more than sufficient to keep pace with population changes, private sector job creation in Canada has been inadequate to keep up with the growth in the working-age population.
  • If private sector job creation adjusted for the changes in the working-age population in Canada had kept pace with the United States since 2019, there would have been 554,000 more private sector jobs in the country in 2024 than were in fact the case.

Eff the little guy/ le petit gars... I'm surprised they're perpetuating the LPC stereotype ;)

Federal budget unveils new tax measures aimed at growing businesses in Canada

“While there’s a mega deduction and there’s a focus on mega projects, my takeaway is that this is a mega disappointing budget for small business owners,” said Dan Kelly, president and chief executive of the Canadian Federation of Independent Business.

His comments were echoed by Hash Aboulhosn, chief growth officer at Merchant Growth, who said that while measures like the productivity mega deduction are a step in the right direction, they do “little for those who can’t afford the upfront costs.”

If you’re alleging fraud now why not show some receipts now?
Better yet, I emailed elections Canada, apparently they are very aware of it (they have had a large volume of complaints on this matter) and looking into some irregularities. I am waiting to see if this amounts to much. So most likely a nothing burger.

I was not some grand investigator who discovered something, it was someone else with a background with digital financial stuff who put it out there and many of us decided to put in a formal complaint to elections Canada.

I also did the same with the Longest Ballot idiots, but hey, Liberals and Conservatives worked together putting forward regulation to make that shitshow much more difficult. And so many people here did defend the longest ballot campaign (in my OPINION, because they mistakenly believed it only hurt the Conservatives).

Its basically a lot of people exceeded the 2025 LPC contribution of $1750 per person (some by several thousands). Now the LPC had a duty to refund the excess within a certain time frame (I have to look over my notes again) or redirect the funds to election Canada if they are unable to refund. In many cases the LPC did not do either. Or returned the money several months later.

All political parties have some infractions of this but the Liberals for some reason are mega bounds ahead of the CPC, NDP, Bloc and the Greens.

I don't want to put too many details because I realize its showing people's personal info. Its not illegal, however I am not cool with slinging mud on regular people (many of whom may or may not have realized they exceeded contribution amounts). Public figures and political parties, fair game. Now some of these people who exceeded contribution amounts were former big time politicians and I suspect (My opinion) that they knew they exceeded the limits.
Also, if someone commits a crime, then so be it, make it publicly known (on the not dragging down individual people's names).

Even if this did get exposed, I highly doubt that it would affect the Liberals at all. Will follow up in time if this amounts to anything. Most likely not.

Another massive debt bomb. Thanks, Liberals. But lets dump more money into Eurovision and other wasteful bullshit, because that helps everyday Canadians

I dig it. Thanks for the fill in, and BZ for putting in some work to bring attention to something you reasonably think was wrong, regardless of what ends up coming of it. 🫡

$7B towards healthcare, mental health, and addiction treatment is good to see. Addressing only the housing would just be little more than a bandaid fix.
