Link to PAM on ground guiding?

I've been looking for this for a while.  I had a hard copy at one point, but can anyone link me to a DIN-site copy of the proper groundguiding signals, including w/ flashlights?

Hmm maybe someone from the Armoured School has a link to it on Documentum?  I am at home so...no DIN for me...but it was part of the QL3/DP1 package and I would bet it still is...I can take a boo tomorrow.
