And partial yes: Cormorant was remediated there, I don't think Fraser was, in fact, I don't think the facilities could take a ship the size of Fraser.
No, Cormorant was recycled in Sheet Harbour by RJ MacIsaac Construction Ltd.

Some jackass bought Fraser to make her into a casino. It failed of course and they finally towed her up the St Lawrence to cut her up.
I am assured that you can buy a ship and convert it into a hotel / casino, and never ever ever would the PLAN instead use it to learn carrier operaaions.
