Good day everyone,

I was assigned Pcat and I was told that if I sign a waiver form, I would be released in about a month. I have decided to do that but I need some input about this waiver form. I have no idea what I am signing and if its a good idea. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ensure you are connected with the local IPSC (Integrated Personnel Support Centre) where an outreach worker will be assigned to you.

They will answer all questions, and talk you through the whole process.  All the while standing by your side, and making sure the systemdoes it's job properly, and in a timely manner.  You are entitled to mucho services, so get one asap.

You can release in accordance to your contract even if you are on a Pcat or Tcat.  You should be assigned a Case Manager at your medical clinic who will assist you with the ins and outs of a PCat.  I don't recommend anyone put in a release until they have spoken with their Case Manager.  You loose a lot of benifits that go with a medical release.  I'm not saying don't release as ultimately this is your choice.  I just recommend an educated decision as your entitled to so much thru medical release.  Feel free to PM me if you have any questions.
