Edited to clarify: The Page 33 referred to above is Page 33 of the document. It appears to be an Adobe rendering of an undersized pamphlet, the Canadian Militia pay records entry is on Page 33 of the document, which appears on Page 21 in Adobe rendering (depending upon your default page size in Adobe)
