Missed Interview

Long story short, I'm stupid. I entered the wrong date for my interview, and missed it completely. It was supposed to be yesterday at 1:30, I thought it was today at 1:30. Went to double check time last night from the email itself and I was mortified to see that I had made a huge mistake. Tried calling my recruiting center, no answer. Emailed my file manager, she's out of the office until Friday. Will they let me reschedule?
I also had my medical scheduled for July 2nd, is that still on or will it have been canceled because I was a no show?
