More detail on Trades other than Forces.ca?

I am still in the process of obtaining all of my transcripts before I apply, just I have all my documents ready.

However I have a handful of trades in mind, and I was just wondering if there is anymore information on the trades than what's on the forces.ca website?

The trades I'd like to find more information on (as well as maybe some insight into the day to day life, as opposed to the information in the forces videos, as the seem a tad flashy).

Imagery Technician
Infantry Soldier
Intelligence Operator
Supply Technician
Vehicle Technician
Weapons Technician - Land

The few people I know in CAF have told me that to get the most out of my time in the Forces that I should really apply for a trade I want. These six I have the most interested in but I can't seem to find a little more detail than the forces.ca, particularly to in regards to day to day life.

I highly suggest that you take the time to view other areas of this forum and ask those questions.  The only people allowed to post in here are Recruiters and Forum Directing Staff.
Being that your questions are very trade specific and outside the area of which I'm trained (Health Services) I cannot assist you directly, but please take the time to view other areas of the Army.ca forums.

To add on to what Sergeant Laen has already posted, your friends in the CAF are smart people.

Unless you can pare down your occupation choices, you will need to visit your local Recruiting Detachment to speak with a Recruiter, one on one.

Day to day life as a member of the CAF varies widely, based on your occupation, your posting location, your rank and/or position and other assigned duties.

Your question is far to "generic" in nature, for it to be answered appropriately and to your satisfaction.
