That's a Strike Eagle, a more recent, attack version, based on the F-15B. They aren't that old

Yea that picture there is a F-15E, thats what those "dudes" are using there right now

With half the A-10 fleet grounded due to wing issues there is more demand on the rest of the CAS capable aircraft.
