Naval Officer Selection Assesment Days

Could anyone shed some light on the process and/or format of the Naval Officer Selection Process?

I am scheduled to take part on the Oct.24-28th, 2005 in Esquimalt, BC

Just curious if others who have been through this could shed some light on it.

I'm going to be there. I picked up the schedule from CFRC F'ton yesterday. I get in way early- that Saturday night. It looks like tours of the facilities at Esquimault, interviews, + testing. We start 0630 + go til 1830. I'm looking forward to it.
