Does anyone know if HMCS Discovery is acepting new applicants?
I've emailed the recruiter at said unit and I've also called them but no response..

No idea, but I'll offer the suggestion that you should be prepared to wait for answers however you contact them as the recruiter may only be there one evening a week (or on some other similar schedule).  The pace of things like this can be very slow in the reserve world.  You might try calling or visiting on their training night, when most of the unit will be present.

Also, though, it's getting to the time of year when the unit may reduce its activities for the summer, and you may find that the individual you're trying to contact is away on a course or other employment.

Go to the recruiting center, they should be able to fix you up. The recruiter at the unit is probably teaching in Borden right now.

I don't think that DISCOVERY is accepting any new recruits for this fiscal year. I know for sure tomorrow.

Yep, confirmed. the recruiter finally got back to me and sadly they're not accepting any new applicants at this time.
