I got my orders that are sending me to Gagetown in late Aug.  My Phase II doesn't start until Sept. 26.

Does anyone know what they're going to do with a bunch of untrained 2Lts?  I figure its probably like PAT platoon, but I was just curious.

I doubt they'll let you sit around playing X Box.

I don't know for sure ... but it may be similar to a PAT only your taskings will be different than an untrained Pte.

Picking up UXOs?

I'm a Jr. Officer, I don't need to learn how to spell.  I'm supposed to be ignorant of all things, right?  ;D

And when I do need to learn to spell, I'll use a spell checker. God bless the person who thought that one up.

Good answer.

While you're at it, run your stuff through a grammar checker - not that your previous posts show a need, just an old Chief Clerk speaking from experience.  It will catch things such as through/threw, etc as well as assisting you in constructing logical, readable, and grammatically correct sentences.

Good luck - if you get a chance, once you get to Gagetown, let us know what they have you doing; I'm curious.
