need CPR course

i have to get my  CPR course updated by  01 april 2009 i am going to deployed as a civilian contractor and have to all paperwork handed in by  that  date.
I have looked on line and cannot find a course for CPR in the Ottawa area that is not full.
anyone here a certified instructor or know of a course being run in the Petawawa, Pembroke, Renfrew, or Ottawa area that is not full?
I have done my  CPR  before my  card has since expired message me the details
