Judging by system requirements for the program you mentioned (a game by the looks of things), both of these will be alright. The processor on the MSI is nicer by a bit, and you really won't notice the difference in RAM unless you stress the machine. They are both running the same graphics card, and that is where the 1-2 GB graphics requirement is going to be met. You could save the extra 200 dollars and put it toward something else and still be in the clear for many programs in the future. Plus, you can always add RAM later.
