Imagine a Toronto vs Edmonton SCF.

That is if Toronto can get past it's worst playoff enemy, the dreaded 1st round (2023 being too small of a sample size)

I can see Montreal getting by Washington and St Louis upsetting Winnipeg. Either way lots of strong teams out there.

The Oilers have to get out of the West. That depends on how healthy they really are. If Drai, McJesus, Kane, Hyman, RNH Nurse and Bouchard are firing on all cylinders, they should beat LA. It would be nice to have Ekholm. And Stu Skinner needs to get hot and stay hot.

Beating LA is like getting a +1 sword in a RPG/MMO nowadays, just a common occurrence. That said if there is no goal tending then they be done, series are won by such slim margins in the NHL

Playing in Winnipeg will be insane. Oilers fans are nuts. Jets fans might be even louder this series.

In Jets land 1.0 Don Cherry came to a playoff game in the old Winnipeg Arena. Don stated that Chicago fans were the loudest until he came to Winnipeg.
Fans of Jets 2.0 are just as loud. And the team is better.

The blues are the hottest team going into the playoffs…you know what happened last time… . Winnipeg has the hardest road to the finals out of the Canadian teams. They get to look forward to Colorado/Dallas if they get past St Louis.
