Anyone out there with experience in Northern Ireland? if so, I'd be interested in knowing what you think the CF could use by way of 'lessons learned' from that conflict.

Good advice. But I'd be more interested in hearing from anyone with experience in both the British as well as Canadian Armies. Might be a long shot (and I was never very good at long range shooting!).
