Offered Navy,Husband is AF

Hello.
I just got an offer of Navy Supply Tech.  It is a trade I am interested in, however my husband is Air Force and that is also the element I was hoping for.
If I accept the current offer, can I still be posted to air bases with my husband even tho I'm navy?  I know it's a purple trade, but Navy means east or west to me and I don't want to limit my husbands career options.
Also, if I accept, is it possible to switch elements later in my career, but stay same trade?  If so, is it a hard process?

Purple is good for pretty much anywhere. Yes you can change elements later on in your career.

Hi,

As a Navy Supply Tech you are not necessarily just on the coasts, as a support trade you can be posted to any base as long as there's a place for your trade & rank there.
You can change elements later in your career, but you must meet certain criteria and it has to be supported by your CO and D Mil C (Directory Military Careers) and is not a guarantee.
