If you have a uniform, yes you should absolutely wear it.

If you’re doing On-the-Job Employment (OJE) before heading to BMOQ, you usually do show up in CADPAT, since you’re technically under training but still part of the unit temporarily. Just make sure your kit is in order, name tags sewn on, and follow local dress instructions

Thanks for the answers. I don’t have name tags, cap badge or other stuffs. Just the Canadian flag and the uniform for now but I have to report for duty for OJE

Try to get a POC at the unit conducting the OJT and let your Sgt (or Adjt if you're an officer) know that you don't have the proper insignia/badges. They'll sort you out.
