You will have to register for clothing online. It might take a little bit for the site to confirm how many points you have accrued. Otherwise you're good to go.
Why on earth would asking that question at your unit get you laughed at? Do you think the QM really wants to handle issuing you out more socks and drawers?
Never, ever be afraid to ask the question. The PTE who asks quickly becomes the CPL who has that answer for someone else.

Has anyone heard of ordering shirts through Logistikunicorp? My QM keeps telling us that we have to order our annual allotment of shirts through the website, and the admins at the website keep telling us to blow goats and go back to our QM.

What shirts are you looking for? The green one's? If it's not on website then you get everything else from your clothing stores.

If it's the DEU shirts, you get those at Logistik Unicorp.
If your QM is giving you a hard time, tell your supervisor. I had an OS at QM giving me a hard time and told my MS. He subsequently told our CPO2, who called and said "I'm sending someone over right now who needs *this*. Make sure he gets this stuff." When I went back to QM, the OS wasn't so smug, but I got my stuff. I thinkit was some of my sea kit, but I can't remember now... getting old sucks...lol.
