OPME Honours?

A couple of easy ones for you guys...

(1)What OPME grade (average) constitutes a Honours designation on a MPRR?
(2) What is a lighter course load (206 or 275)? I have a very busy first half a year.

80% and above = Honours on the MPRR

I found 206 to be a bit lighter but not by much.
