We know they didn't think this (recapitalizing the oil sector) through. There's reporting they are trying to bully the oil sector to get them to invest in Venezuela, making recovery of losses from nationalization conditional on substantial investment in Venezuela. They really didn't expect the oil majors to be so reluctant.

I found the letter rude and offensive
Why would I vote for a political party currently being run by this man ??
I find it hard to excuse his behaviors and he is driving me farther away from supporting the Conservatives.

It’s not the quantity but the previously inactive high neutron density that is being developed and measured in this effort. Scale follows.

I don't blame the oil companies one bit. Why pour billions into a country and system that could turn on you in a moment and have political and military support disappear in an US election?
