Public events for Prime Minister Stephen Harper for Saturday, June 3rd are:

1:00 pm – The Prime Minister will address more than 200 recruits who will be joining the Canadian Forces, at the official Enrolment Ceremony.

* The Prime Minister is expected to speak at 2:20 pm

** Open to media
 
I will be there.  My son is one of the troops being sworn in.
 
Arrgh, that's six hours away and I don't have a car.... :(
 
I find it a refreshing change to have a PM that would go to a swearing in ceremony.

Why was my original response to this deleted? That's about 6 of my posts deleted in the last few weeks.

Anyway, the question still stands - what does that link have to do with the topic at hand? The CDS isn't the Prime Minister.
 
If you haven't figured it out yet:

1)  The link leads to a thread that discusses the same event.

2)  We aren't going to put up with the one-liner, bait-and-troll posts anymore.
 
The event is not open to public, only to media. There will be about 2,500 persons there, it'll be crowded.
