With a name now, couldn't the State put out it's own charges regardless of the Feds blocking their participation into the investigation? This would also make a pardon irrelevant if it came to that.

They’re talking about a different situation last year where that ICE officer was arresting someone. He broke their car window and was trying to remove them when they took off and he was dragged. Accused pled guilty.

Maybe shes being misquoted. Noam is being quoted saying she hit him with her car here.

My thoughts as well. However, I recently saw some stills captures posted that purport to show an impact between the ICE officer and the victim's vehicle, but they were of quite low quality so I'm not going to comment on them.
